We are one of Europe's most important and fastest growing tour operators. Started in Slovenia in 2000 from a long family connection with tourism, the company has gradually developed into one of the most important and fastest growing incoming tour operators in Europe.
We employ international staff from many countries who speak all the major world languages, and most of our clients communicate in their native languages. Our clients are tour operators from all over the world.
We are long-standing members of the European Tour Operators Association, ETOA and many other international organisations.
Every year we are present at more than 30 international exhibitions or workshops all over the world.
We are the market leader in group tours in South East Europe, but we are also dynamically expanding to cover the whole of continental Europe. For example, our London office, established in 2015, focuses on travel in Northern Europe: the UK, Ireland and the Nordic countries. Our Croatian company Adria Happy Tours d.o.o. is a specialist for Croatia and the Adriatic, and our Slovenian company Družina Krumpak d.o.o. is recognised as the largest Slovenian-owned concierge agency. We also own and manage the Lyra Plitvice Hotel, a boutique 4* hotel with 59 rooms, considered a best practice example in terms of sustainable tourism, right on the edge of the Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia. As a whole group, we are also firmly committed to sustainable tourism.
The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund within the Digital Marketing Voucher for the project website, online store, reservation platform and mobile application.
